Our new 70 station state of the art Tone Zone gym opened on Monday 26th September 2011 at 7:00am.

Sports Facilities
Our four court multi-activity sports hall is a popular venue for sporting teams and casual users to enjoy a range of indoor sports. Our floodlit outdoor sporting area is also available for hire for football and tennis. Shower and changing facilities are available.

New Tone Zone Fitness Suite
Our NEW health and fitness suite is fully fitted with over 70 pieces of cardiovascular and resistance equipment. Our fully trained coaches are available to assist with all your training aims and exercise goals. Our new purpose built indoor cycling studio provides a great area for you to enjoy one of our many classes.
We offer a wide range of exercise classes for all abilities as well as exercise referral and cardiovascular rehabilitation.
