Here at East RIding Leisure Goole, we have exercise classes to suit all levels and abilities.
We run over 45 classes every week so there's sure to be a class available to suit you.
A workout to tone, sculpt and strengthen all the muscles. It will also help improve posture and body awareness.
Sundays at 10am
An empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic programme is inspired by martial arts. Supported by powerful music, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
Tuesday at 11.30 -12.30 noon
Thursday at 7.30pm
A powerful, energetic fitness class using pads, gloves and fitness moves used for boxing.
Wednesday at 7.30pm

Class booking and admission guidelines
Bookings can be made 7 days in advance for members. Non-members can book 6 days in advance and must pay on booking.
If the place has been paid for, it can be transferred to the following week if 24 hours notice is given.
Safe and effective professional exercise classes require a warm up. Please arrive on time for classes so we can achieve this professionalism.
Most classes are suitable for 14 years upwards, however this is at the discretion of the fitness coach and excludes classes which include the use of weights. No restrictions for 16 years upwards.
