Here at Goole Leisure Centre, we have exercise classes to suit all levels and abilities.
We run over 30 classes every week so there's sure to be a class available to suit you.

Class booking and admission guidelines
Bookings can be made 7 days in advance for members. Non-members can book 6 days in advance and must pay on booking.
If the place has been paid for, it can be transferred to the following week if 24 hours notice is given.
Safe and effective professional exercise classes require a warm up. Please arrive on time for classes so we can achieve this professionalism.
Most classes are suitable for 14 years upwards, however this is at the discretion of the fitness coach and excludes classes which include the use of weights. No restrictions for 16 years upwards.
