Customer CharterGoole Leisure Centre Customer Forum
The Customer Forum at Goole Leisure Centre was established in 1999.To provide a method of communication for Customers and user groups of the Leisure Centre.
The Forum gives customers and user groups the opportunity to:
- Provide feedback on the running of the Leisure Centre.
- Discuss any recurring problems.
- Suggest ways in which the centre can be developed.
- Discuss and review prices and changes.
Goole Leisure Centre can use the Forum to update customers and user groups about current developments and future plans related to the facilities.
The Forum meets times a year on a quarterly basis, with the Manager David Halkon or the Assistant Manager Roger Ibson chairing the meeting.
Any customer can join the forum and attend any meeting.( For further information please contact Roger on 01405 769005).
