Sports Facilities
Our four court multi-activity sports hall is a popular venue for sporting teams and casual users to enjoy a range of indoor sports. Our floodlit outdoor sporting area is also available for hire for football and tennis. Shower and changing facilities are available.

Tone Zone Fitness Suite
Our health and fitness suite is fully fitted with cardiovascular and resistance equipment and our fully trained coaches are available to assist with all your training aims and exercise goals.
We offer a wide range of exercise classes for all abilities as well as exercise referral and cardiovascular rehabilitation.
